Delete Your Yala Community Account

How to delete your account

You can delete your Yala Community account at any time from within the app. No email request is needed:

1. Open Yala Community and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile and open your account settings.
3. Select Delete My Account.
4. Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your profile and the data associated with it, including:

• Your profile and profile photos
• Events you created, along with your RSVPs and saved events
• Marketplace listings you posted
• Posts you made in community groups
• Questions and answers you submitted to the community
• Your messages and conversations
• Business and provider listings you created
